We are a second floor condo with access from garage & front door at street level. We live in a private gated country club community on Naples Bay called 'Windstar.' In late 2017 we did a complete gut rehab taking everything down to the studs. Our condo is 1850 square feet under air conditioning with additional 200 square feet on an enclosed lanai. We have a magnificent view over looking the fifth hole on the golf course. Our home I would describe as sleek/coastal decor.
Our club membership could be transferred (for a fee) so you could enjoy club dining & other activities.
