Our contemporary home was designed and built in 2017 by us, a couple of finishing touches to go, but nothing that stops it from being a functional home. Concrete floors flow throughout most of the house with carpet in bedrooms and lounge. The house also has a powder room and 4 car garaging, our boat may or may not be in there depending where we holiday. There is room on the driveway for your own trailer, boat etc. the house is equipped with 2 T.Vs (1 is smart TV), fibre wifi, barbecue on the covered outdoor deck. Kitchen has double ovens and 2 dish draws. The section is not fully fenced and we have a stream and ponds close by (not suitable for toddlers). The main living area of the house faces north and we are very private to neighbors. Next door to our house is an empty section which our children are lucky enough to have as a bike jump track, the also eel and camp beside the stream - hours of entertainment! Our house is a 10 minute drive to a swimming/surfing beach and 5min drive to CBD and 5 min drive to beautiful Pukekura Park and the Bowl of Brooklands. Bed configuration is master: king size, bedroom 2: queen size, bedroom 3:king single, bedroom 4: king single, bedroom 5: single. The house has a seperate laundry.
