We are a young family of 4, two professionals and two boys, a 6 yo and 4 yo, life is busy! We live in a 11 year old single level, warm 3 br house with a large flat section in Albertown. We are 4 minutes from Wanaka township, 1 minute to the Upper Clutha River, there are 4 mountain bike tracks within minutes of the house. The ski hills are about 35 minutes away. We have mountain bikes, fishing gear, a large assortment of sports equipment. Sun loungers outdoor fireplace and BBQ area, outdoor furniture, (table chairs, couch)

We are outdoors types and although we love the mountains and the lake, we miss the beach terribly and love to get a sand and waves fix!
