We have a beautiful new home located in the heart of Mairangi Bay. We are 3 minutes walk to the village and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 lounge rooms. We have a lovely area for entertaining and a swimming pool.

Our home is opposite sports fields and a tennis court and is a flat walk to both the village and the beach

    • Description

    We live on the east coast of Auckland along a coastline that has about 12 different beaches. There are coastal walks the whole way around the beaches, and a few little villages along the way with shops, supermarkets, cafes etc.

    We're on the main bus route to town and only 5 minutes drive to the motorway access of the main highway going both north and south.

    We’re a small family of 2 adults and a 9 year old girl. We love the outdoors and exploring new parts of the country and love the idea of Houseswap as it opens up parts of the country to us that we may never have thought of.
