20-year old townhouse, the far end unit of three down a right-of-way in Castor Bay. Very quiet and private. Sea views. Nice garden that includes a wee bit of regenerating native bush. Gas and induction hobs in kitchen. Only three of the five bedrooms are set up as bedrooms; the other two are an art room and large office/library. Closest shopping center is Milford (20-min walk). Takapuna, Browns Bay and Albany mega are short drives away. A swap of cars would be desirable; ours are a Toyota Corolla Blade (auto) and a Suzuki Swift Sport (manual). Happy to look after a cat and/or a dog. We don't have any pets ourselves and would prefer you not to bring yours.
