This is a one level nearly new house high on a hill with a stunning rural view over a lake. The house is very easy to live in, warm and with all conveniences on an acre of land. Its considered rural, but is only a five minute drive to the village of Mangawhai. With cafes, restaurants, famous Bennetts chocolate shop, and the beach about a 10 minute drive to the main surf beach. It is a very easy house to live in, has a steep driveway but once you are up there it is level. Double drive in garage with access to the house from the garage. We are on tank water so that is something to keep in mind as we have to be careful of our water usage.
