private outdoor living spaces, and spa pool. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms including 4 single bedrooms and a master suite with ensuite, There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet downstairs. There are two living spaces and two dining spaces but you'll no doubt want to enjoy al-fresco dining on the large deck (seating for 8) and patio area with BBQ. A small trampoline round the back and a carpeted garage space with games table for the kids makes for fun times. Our home is sunny and warm and modern with heat pump and gas fire. we have wireless fast fibre broadband and speaker systems. At the end of the street (3 min walk), there is a supermarket, bottle store, green grocers, bakery, chemist, restaurant/ bar and takeaways so you hardly need a car. We are located in walking distance to the stunning Takapuna Beach and a short drive to the quaint village of Devonport where you can walk along the waterfront and up North Head or Mount Victoria for arguably the best views in Auckland. A wonderful way to explore the city is to catch the ferry from Bayswater or Devonport for the day. Or if you love white sandy beaches you are spoilt for choice if you want a change from Takapune Beach there is Cheltenham, Narrowneck or Milford a short distance away. And if shopping or dining out is your thing there are many to choose from in the lovely beachy vibe of Takapuna and the markets on Sunday are worth the visit!.
