Also downstairs we have a 2nd lounge TV/movie room, a toilet & laundry room. Upstairs is a large Master room with ensuite, 2 large kids rooms each with a single bed and a large family bathroom. Also upstairs is a huge 4th room with ensuite and has a queen bed. Walking distance to lovely Takapuna beach & shops & easy drive down to quaint Devonport and beyond to explore with Cheltenham & Narrowneck beaches nearby. Fantastic area to cycle around too. We would like a simultaneous swap.
