A two-storey residence in Gulf Harbour on
the Whangaparaoa Peninsula about an hour's drive North from central Auckland. Located a 3 minute drive from popular beaches and the cycling trails and coastal paths of Shakespeare Regional Park. Our nearest large town is Orewa only 25 minutes away by car, but there are shops and Supermarkets within a ten minute drive. All the attractive features of the Hibiscus Coast are at your doorstep, and further afield, the beautiful Bay of Islands is approximately two hours drive away. The house offers three large bedrooms, with a Queen bed in two of them and a single bed plus a trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is an office with an Apple computer and printer, and two bathrooms - one downstairs and one up. One of the double rooms is downstairs. There is a chair lift attached to the stairway for visitors with mobility problems. There is a large covered deck with BBQ and furniture, and the outdoor area is private, as it is separated from the Gulf Harbour Country Club golf course by a grove of native trees and shrubs.
