Quiet and tranquil home surrounded by native bush and bird song. Very private from neighbours whilst only a 2-minute drive to Browns Bay shops and beach.
Low maintenance home with outdoor bathtub, firepit, BBQ.
Fantastic sea views
Close to many East Coast bay beaches which are safe swimming for children.
It is a multilevel home so be aware there are a few stairs. There are no lawns on the property, instead, it is surrounded by lovely bush and planted areas.
Currently set up with two bedrooms queen and king bed but possible to set up another bedroom for long term stays.

    Browns Bay is a small bustling town with all the necessary amenities. Plenty of beachfront cafes and bars to choose from. Tennis, squash and lawn balls at the bottom of our street. As well as sports fields and children's playground. Other East coast beaches are a short drive, including Long Bay regional park and marine reserve.
