Our home is 16 years old and in an exclusive area of Rotorua, very close to the Redwood Forest for walking and mountain biking. Close to many spectacular lakes for picnics, walks and swimming. The house has a large deck to enjoy the amazing views of Lake Rotorua and adjacent farmland ensuring total privacy and relaxation. With large bi-fold doors opening out to the deck from the family room, lounge and main bedroom, the whole house invites an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The internal access garage would have space for one car with room for one more by the side of the house.
Also, as we lived in a motorhome in Australia for 8 years, we would be very interested in swapping our home for a motorhome anywhere in the North Island.
