Our family home is a 3 bedroom summer hill stone house in the suburb of Spreydon. We are close to the port hills and 7 minutes drive to the city, 20 minutes drive from the airport, and 20 minutes drive to the beach. We have a local mall with all ammenities 1 minute away. We are 2 minutes away from Horncastle arena.
Our house is up a long driveway, so we are away from traffic noise and safe for kids. We have a good sized section with trampoline, and flying fox, and there is a school with a great playground across the road.
The house have 3 bedrooms- a super king bed in the main room, bunks in one bedroom, and a single bed in the other. We also have a sofa bed in the lounge.
For heating we have a fireplace and night store (we also have oil heaters and fans available for use).
We have pets; a friendly cat (who hardly makes a noise) and 3 guinea pigs. We are happy to negotiate whether these stay at the property during a house swap.
