Built-to-last house in the best street. Our wonderful 1959 brick-clad single level home is a great place to base yourselves and in easy reach of everything Christchurch has to offer. Relax on the deck after work and soak up the sun, or curl up in front of the log fire on a chilly winter night. The house has two heat pumps that warm every room when the sun is not pouring in. Recently redecorated and re-carpeted, this is a lovely place to live.
The garden is designed for minimal care and big enough to relax in with all day sun.
We are experienced house-swappers and house sitters and love being able to share our house with others.
