We have a sun-drenched, lovely home overlooking the river in Aniseed Valley. Surrounded by decks, each room has easy access to the outdoors via a ranch slider. Two large lawns allow for volleyball, cricket, rugby or a less active pursuit. Upstairs is a main lounge, kitchen, brand new bathroom plus two bedrooms. Downstairs is a TV lounge, master bedroom, bathroom and laundry. We have 2 x friendly alpaca and 6 x lawnmowers (sheep). We have plenty of mountain biking in the local forestry areas plus 2 downhill mountain bike tracks on and near our property.
