We have a 4 bedroom home in a quiet suburb of Dunedin with views out over the harbor. I double bed , 3 singles a cot and two other matress. The longue, dining and kitchen are all open plan with large windows. It is an equal distance to the main beaches as it is to the city center while also being on the doorstep of the Otago Peninsula where cycling, beaches exploration and walking tracks are a common attraction.
