Welcome to Haggart-Alexander Drive!

About Our House:

With 4 bedrooms plus a separate office room/, open plan kitchen/dining/living area that flows through to a formal family lounge there is space for all concerned. We have a bathroom upstairs, plus a shower room and a bathroom downstairs. A separate toilet is also available.

Outside there a large established garden, with a vegetable and herb plots and a sheltered courtyard perfect for summertime BBQ and entertaining.

We have double garaging, as well as off-street parking - enough room for the boat or an extra car!

About Us:

We're an active couple in our 50s & 60s that enjoy a weekend out in the garden, socialising with our friends or getting out and about with our dog Poppy.

My wife is a nurse at the local hospital and I'm a diesel mechanic at Port Otago. With busy and demanding jobs, we like to get away to relax, unwind and explore our own backyard.

    Suited just outside of Dunedin, Mosgiel is its very own little city escape oasis. Located a short 5 minutes drive, you'll find a wide range of local restaurants and cafes to suit all culinary tastes. Mosgiel also boasts a range of fashion and secondhand stores for those wanting some little retail therapy.

    If you're looking for something more outside based, there are three local golf courses (also mini-golf), a berry farm and a short drive to Taieri Gorge. In 20 minutes, you can also find yourself hitting the Brighton beach surf and having fish & chips on the beach.

    Dunedin city is only a 10-minute drive, with a range of activities from your local cinema, shopping mall, nightlife clubs, art gallery and stadium.

    Hello and welcome!

    My name is Rex and my wife Ngaire, and I live in scenic Dunedin in our Mosgiel based home.

    We both work full time as a diesel mechanic and nurse in a fast past environment, but enjoy spending the weekend getting outside, going to our local cafe and spending quality time with our family and our dog Poppy.

    Leading a busy lifestyle, we try and make the time for each other by various small trips away for the weekend or spending a good day together out in the garden.

    We’ve recently purchased our home and love the space the house gives us to freely move around, invite guests and family over – there’s always plenty of room!
