Our house is a spacious family home on a quarter acre section, located at the end of a quiet culdesac in Hillcrest. Main living is upstairs with large open plan kitchen and dinning that leads onto our deck and swimming pool. Also upstairs is the lounge, new bathroom and 3 double bedrooms. Downstairs is a master bedroom, bathroom, rumpus/bedroom and office Plus, as an added bonus for those of you who enjoy reading, we have our own library which is separate to the house with a large collection of books in it. We have a great outdoor play area for kids, with a huge fig tree, a tire swing, and trampoline. Our latest addition is the swimming pool in the backyard. We have plenty of toys, bikes, scooters and kayaks that can be used. We also live in close vicinity to the Hamilton Gardens, which is well worth a look.
