Our home is a beautifully refurbished 1930's home, with a brand new added living area at the back of the house. While we have 3 bedrooms, we could absolutely allow for more as we decided to transform the largest bedroom into a childrens play area and lounge. We also have a sunroom at the front of the house that we use as a home office. There is a generous flat backyard with a trampoline and patio that gets fantastic all day sun. It has great ducted heating for winter and many sliding doors for air flow in summer.
