    We are a short drive to the CBD and waterfront with public transport right outside our gate. Wellington is a compact city so it is very easy access to everything - live theatre, to the sports stadium, the south coast offers great walking and views, with mountain bike tracks right beside us. Lovely inner city location with great neighbours.

    We are a professional family, our youngest son is a teenage and our older children are at university and working. We have two houses for potential swap, one in the central city and the other in the Wairarapa just over an hour 15 drive away. We sometimes have extended family with us (grandparents) and partners of our children – so we would like to swap our large houses with other good sized homes. We treat our homes really well and would respect other peoples homes. Our homes sleep 8 (with extra space for air beds etc). Quite often we would just look for a weekend or maybe a summer holiday up north and hope we can swap with a family who is coming to Wellington for Christmas holidays or a weekend.
