We are late sixties, well travelled, have been housesitting all around the world for the last few years and now wish to carry on our travels within NZ in a different way. Love outdoors, fishing & walking. South Island is particular favourite of ours.
Some locations we are interested in visiting
Our unit is situated across the road from popular Pilot Bay & boardwalk with the hot pools just around the corner and there is also a bus stop outside the pools with regular buses into Tauranga or to the supermarket or local mall at Bayfair. A further two hundred metres down the road is our gorgeous ocean beach with multiple cafes & eateries to choose from. All of this is easy flat walking distance from our unit. Undercover car parking at the unit. This unit is suitable for a couple only, unfortunately not children. There are two lots of stairs internally, one lot to main living area and another up to a bedroom but there is a bedroom on the ground level which has a double bed.
