Hi we are a family of four living in lovely St Heliers in Auckland. Two adults aged in their forties and two boys seven and nine. I work in the legal industry and my husband manages a property management company. We are into outdoor pursuits, skiing tramping, and mountain bike riding. Our favourite holiday destination is Queenstown. We love our home and the area we live in Auckland (5min walk to the beautiful St Heliers township and beach).We would love to swap homes and vehicles with similar family minded people who respect other peoples possessions.

Our large family home is located a 5-10 minute stroll from the beautiful St Heliers village and beach. It is modern, comfortable and open plan and has plenty of space for the kids to run inside and out. There is a fort and trampoline for the kids. The house is lovely and warm in winter being heated by either a cosy fire place or a heat pump and cool in the summer. There is a spa pool to relax in in the evenings. We love this location because we are only a 5 min walk from the quaint St Heliers village and beach, and only 15 min drive to central Auckland. The master bedroom has an ensuite. There are two adult bikes and about four kids bikes. Cleaner available on request. House has beds for 6 (1 super king, 1 queen, two bunks) and a pull out bed plus a couple of sofa bed chairs, extra mattress and portacot. The property is fully fenced.
We are located within a 5 min walk to the lovely St Heliers township and beach. Lots of stiff to do close by lovely cafes and restaurants. Close to the city and all the kids attractions liel Kelly Tarltons etc.
